You don't cross any streets or dodge any traffic to get to our beach. Our beach access is ON-Site! Don't spend a fortune to visit paradise. If you like our resort you can purchase your own villa and enjoy the benefits of a 2nd home or investment rental property for a lifetime. Note: This is not a timeshare resort nor a hotel. All villas are individually owned, operated and deeded.

The resort provides free wi-fi internet access in the atrium of Building Three. Bring your laptop and check emails while the kids play in the pool! There is also an internet cafe in the Island Grill Deli.

New for 2010 - We have a new badminton court in Building Two! Reserve the court and checkout equipment at the front gate. Onsite tennis lessons are available. Call 843-298-1992 for info. Coco's on the Beach has a new menu and soft serve ice cream on the oceanfront! Check them out at www.cocosonthebeach.com and become a fan on facebook. The main outdoor pool in building one has been completely resurfaced and refurbished for 2010. It's even nicer than last year! Our resort has golf discounts available at several local courses. Ask for details when you book your rental or pick up a discount card at the front gate when you arrive.
